Jim is the Founder of Continuum Alternative Services and a senior private and liquid markets operating executive with 20+ years of experience designing institutional operating platforms for private equity and private credit managers. He has held senior leadership and COO roles at SEI Investments, Credit Suisse, TCI, Carlyle Blue Wave, Ramius Capital Group, Paloma Partners and D.B. Zwirn, advising sponsors on treasury operations, sub-line and NAV credit facilities, fund accounting oversight, liquidity management, and audit-ready, scalable operating models for LPs and lenders.​

Through Continuum, Jim works directly with private equity sponsors, credit managers, operating partners, and service providers on investment and operational diligence, platform scalability, treasury and liquidity optimization, credit-facility lifecycle design, and post-close value-creation initiatives. His advisory work is known for being highly practical, IC-ready, and grounded in real-world operating experience—bridging the gap between strategy, execution, and control.
